Ultimate action
So in one of the discussions, I came across a very significant question which is what exactly is the purpose of our lives? What is the purpose of our actions, of whatever we end up doing in life? The generic answer to these questions could be as simple as whatever we do is to sustain life, earn money, build relationships etc. But perhaps I think what we don't do is analysis of our actions. Most of the actions are bounded and with a narrow approach. For example if we are studying something, we study to obtain a particular degree and then a job and earn money etc. What makes a particular persons work less productive is I think the attitude and motive behind that particular work. If our intention to do that work is as narrow and greedy as earning money, it will never result into something sustainable in terms of growth and development.
